| Abstract | 열왕기 솔로몬 본문에 대한 관심이 파커(Parker)와 프리쉬(Frisch)의 논 쟁 이후 계속되어 왔으며 다양한 접근과 분석과 해석이 제시되어 왔으나, 신학적인 프레임과 문학적 기법을 일관되고 통일성 있게 제시한 경우는 아직 제안된 적이 없었다. 이 소논문의 목적은 열왕기 솔로몬 본문(왕상 1-12장)에 대하여 신학적인 프레임과 문학적 기법이 일관되고 일치하는 방식의 새로운 해석을 제시하는 것이다. 본 소논문은 열왕기 솔로몬 본문(왕상 1-12장)을 지배하는 포괄적인 신학적 프레임의 일부로서 두 기둥들, 즉 ‘출애굽의 완성’과 ‘제2의(또 하나 의) 출애굽’이 있음을 지적한다. 그리고 솔로몬의 타락의 본질을 ‘애굽에 로의 회귀’ 내지는 ‘애굽화’(Egytianization)로 보는데, 이러한 이해는 두 신학적인 기둥과 잘 조화된다. 이 ‘애굽화’는 애굽적인 소재들(바로의 딸, 무거운 멍에, 애굽 말의 수입)로 구체화된다.그리고 이 애굽화소재들은 본문 속에 모두 공통적으로 소급적 재평가의 기법으로 사용되었다. 소급적 재평가 기법은 독자로 하여금 솔로몬의 과실, 혹은 타락이 은밀한 과정을 통하여 진행되었다는 사실을 독자의 마음에 생생하게 전달하기 위하여 사용된 것으로 보인다. The Solomon Narrative in Kings drew scholars’ attention since the debate between Parker and Frisch, which produced various approaches and interpretations of the narrative. However, a coherent and unified presentation of the theological framework of the narrative and literary technique employed in the narrative has not yet been proposed. The purpose of this article is to propose a new interpretation of the Solomon Narrative in Kings (1Kgs 1-12), which reveals the theological framework of the narrative (1Kgs 1-12) goes well with the literary technique employed in the narrative. This article points out that there are two theological pillars in the narrative as part of the framework, that is, ‘Completion of the Exodus’ and ‘Second (or another) Exodus.’ And the nature of Solomon’s corruption is understood as ‘Return to Egypt’ or ‘Egyptianization of Israel’ which fits with those two theological pillars (as part of the framework). The ‘Egyptianization’ is materialized in the Egyptian elements in the narrative, that is, Pharaoh’s daughter, heavy yoke, and importation of Egyptian horses. Each of these Egyptian elements is arranged through a literary technique, the ‘retro-active re-evaluation technique.’ The technique is employed to give a vivid impression to the reader’s mind that Solomon’s faults or corruption go through an insidious process. |
